SOHO Hotel not worth it

Good day

I stayed at the Soho Hotel at Sun City in December 2018. I had emailed Sun International after my stay. Till today I have not received a response. I had booked 2 rooms. I sent a detailed email with my experiences at the hotel. As it is over 6 months now I can’t remember all the finer details but the carpet at the hotel smelt damp, two of the employees were caught making out in front of us including my under 18 nieces & nephews while we waited for a lift on our room floor, when I reported it to reception I gave the name of the guy that was making out, I was initially told there is nothing they can do about it as there is many staff that works at the hotel. I complained further when I was told they will look into it and get back to me. I checked out and still didn’t get a response or apology. This is some of the points I can remember.
