Social Media Name and Fame don’t mean Clean services rooms

I heard so much about this hotel and thought let me avail the opportunity to Check the accommodation and enjoy some R&R A pipe dream

However that was not to be as we were given a filthy room and Also when we were moved it was overlooking the ******* bin area

Unbelievable when one is regarded as a premium client and also when we paid good money for the accommodation

I was unwell so I was forced to use the bath tub and I had such an awful experience as the water from the tap was blackish brown Hey this hotel staff just gave me the runaround so we moved to a hotel Whose staff know hospitality

When I complained in the presence of the service staff I was told Soo sorry we are overworked and overwhelmed
