SibayaCasino & Entertainment World - Loss of Compensation -**************

On 21. 03. 2017, I suffered a life changing fall in the parking area at Sibaya, because of loose paving. I fell so badly, that I crushed my elbow, and to undergo 3 ops to try and save my arm, now having ended up with a bionic elbow. I have suffered excruciating pain, was unable to continue running my business, and have had to come to terms, that my quality of life will never be the same again. I did lodge a case against Sibaya, for negligence, only to have my case dismissed on the grounds that I am to old (72) to be lodging a claim, I do not deserve compensation, because of my age, and they anticipate that I do not have many years left. Is this not discriminatory, against my age, or how many years I have left, so in the meantime, I do not have needs, Medical care, food, lodgings. Does Sibaya believe that now that I am old, I m not a worthy human being, having worked my entire life, in order to get some compensation, for an injury suffered on their premises.
