Sibaya Hotel is Sibaya Lodge, guests have to be psychic.

After waiting 20 minutes to check in, I was told that my booking is in the Sibaya Lodge and not Sibaya Hotel. Even though my booking confirmation says "Sibaya Hotel". The word "Lodge" is nowhere in my booking confirmation. This is my honeymoon night and Sibaya has just ruined it. From no parking in the hotel parking lot, to an extremely slow check in to a gross misrepresentation of services promised and actual service recieved. When I asked when the rebranding was done, I was told that it was done over a year ago and "Marketing" is responsible for the mishap and I must now go back to my car and drive to the other end of Sibaya to check in to Sibaya Lodge. Utter *******.
