SHOCKING SUN CITY EXPERIENCE ALL ROUND!!!

Shocking experience with Sun City. I booked and paid for my son and his family to visit Sun City. They arrived there today and were told that they still owed R13 500. I had paid for the booking in FULL. I then called Sun International Head Office who confirmed that the system said the booking had been paid for. How can this not be on the hotel's system where the actual booking was made??!!!!! Disgraceful. Took forever for them to book in and then their 'Luxury Family Room' was a Queen bed (or whatever size it was) plus a pathetic fold out sleeper couch that was certainly not fit for a 14 year old and 12 year old to sleep on! Absolutely shocking. But they still cry for international business. They don't deserve it. Just a pathetic, couldn't care less experience. Our service industry should be right on their toes but unfortunately the service being handed out is below third world country level so we mustn't cry, South Africa. We don't even try and get the basics right.
