Shocking service, ice cold food 70 min later

We booked a table of 6 at the Bocado Restaurant at the Cascades, Sun City. We go to this restaurant every year and the food, service, atmosphere....everything is just lovely/magical. Last night we had the complete opposite experience. Service was non-existent, waited more than 30 minutes for someone to come take our drinks order (after we called someone). We basically ordered our food immediately as we were very hungry. Every single table around us got food before us...we waited about 70 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived in bits and pieces (not complete) it was ice cold. <br> We will definitely not return and I would definitely not recommend this restaurant. As capetonians we love our food and wine. This was such a let down. <br> No one apologized or tried to improve the situation. Bocado your staff need to manage the expectation better if something is going on. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Southern Sun to Sun International by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
