Shocking service from sun international

I am very disappointed with the service and attitude I received today when trying to book a suite at royal sibaya hotel .

I spoke to a gentleman by the name nqobile and enquired if a suite is available to book. He asked for my mvg no or Id no . After ascertaining that I was on gold status he informed me that the suites are not for us but rather the high end individuals that are on platinum or diamond in a very insulting and degrading tone . When I proceeded to inform him that wild coast sun was offering me the presidential suite he advised that wild coast sun is in the bush and give bookings to anyone . I think that people should realize that being in a service driven industry there is a certain way of dealing with customers . Extremely insulting and degrading service
