Shocking service from Sun City

Having gone to Sun City this past long weekend for the first time since 2012, I must say the resort has deteriorated so much in terms of customer service. 90% of the staff are rude, unhelpful and unknowledgeable. From the moment I walked into the Cabanas, my family and I were instantly put in a bad mood at check-in. We waited at the pool bar for 30 minutes while the bartenders just looked at us and walked past, simply ignoring us. The bus system and breakfast area were so disorganized. The staff at the bar in the casino plainly refused to help us. I wouldn’t recommend going there to anyone purely based on their customer service. It was beyond shocking and a waste of money!
