Shocking service from a place like Sun City

I was taking a picture of the casino in the main hotel of Sun City at 11pm on Saturday 29 December 2018. There were no signs to say no pictures. Then this rude lady at the mvg desk Refilwe screams across the casino floor in a very discourtious manner "No pictures in the casino, delete it! " she was not even polite enough to say "I apologize sir, please could you not take pictures in the casino as it is not permitted". I would have not taken the picture had I seen a sign but even if there was a sign, staff should still speak to guests in a respectful manner. Sun City needs to work on their customer service. That is why this place has declined over the years. There was not even a manager on duty to complain to.
