Shocking

Shocking to say the least, So we got a 2 night complimentary stay at Golden valley casino. We only booked 1 night this past Saturday 30 November. We arrived early on Saturday and sent most of the day in the casino, We had the same waiter from the Sports bar who served us, a young man, he ran a tab for us, the afternoon 16h30 as he was about too knock of he requested I settle the bill, I paid by card and tipped him well, when he became upset and why can I not pay him cash as he now must wait till end December for his tip, this was nr 1. During the day we ordered some food, disgustingly over cooked but we did not complain, but when it came to our fries order that came in a dirty plate then I felt I needed to say something, the lady and I don't want to share her name, grabbed the plate saying I am off service but I will see what I can do, eventually she brought it back in a clean dish. very upset as I asked her about this. Later the evening at the hotel, we Ordered a bottle of wine, a double brandy and coke and ice on the side. the brandy came in a coffee takeaway cup, only a single, as well as the machine coke. the bottle of whine was place in a plastic shopping bag with the ice, no glass for the wine.....this trough me off my rocker! Plastic bag and it was dirty! The basin in the room was blocked, looked like someone puked in there, and yes I do have picks which I will share on socials later. The next morning thinking lets take a bath, well let me tell you Worcester dam's water is cleaner then the water that came out of those taps. We spend quite a bit of money in the casino. the fact remain I would rater stay at home then ever go there again.
