Severe Injury Sustained

I write this with half the will, but feel it must be done due to the severe injury sustained to my child's head and the lifetime scarring she has to live with. I stayed at Sun International Monte Casino early January 2015 and immediately after check-in, experienced a horrifying incident which left my check severely injured and scarred for life. Although the extent of the injury and the trauma experienced by both my child and us as parents is inexplicable, the lack of concern and complete non-responsiveness by Sun International is devastating to say the least. I have had no sympathy and although being told the matter has been escalated to Executive management, I have not heard anything from this organisation whatsoever. I am disgusted and appalled by this complete lack of responsibility, further a complete lack off assistance during the incident. I spend 6 hours in the ER of Fourways life hospital without an offer from Sun International to at least transport my child to hospital, to say the least.
