Service at Wildcoast Sun is pathetic
<p>We travelled from Johanesburg straight to wildcoast sun. arriving there we were told u can only check in at 2. which was cool however when 2pm arrived there was no roomw available. We have been waiting for over 30 minutes with still no comfirmation of a room.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a 7 hour drive this is unacceptable service. we have stayer at the lost city on numerous occasions and guess what... no issues we were sorted out as soon as we got there everytime. so i guess this is our last visit to Wildcoast Sun.</p>
