Serious health hazard

Spending the day at the valley of the waves on 30 December 2016, arriving at 9am, was completely disgusting. There is no limit for the number of people allowed entrance, causing serious over population: no tubes available throughout the day, no umbrellas, no lockers, drinking water running out, tube lines so long where dehydration can occur, no notice of one slide being closed, so guests walk all the way to the top and then have to turn back, no shade ANYWHERE, 40 min queue lines for food. This is completely unacceptable. There needs to be a limit of people allowed entrance and online pre booking should be required. People travel from Johannesburg to escape, but come to a sardine type environment. I demand a refund for me and my friends for the day, and for the rules to be changed to not treat people like cattle, especially if they are paying for it...
