Security at Sun Arena Time Square

Our family went to watch the Van Coke and friends show on the 18th October 2019. We had seats in block H. A while after the show started, the people in front of us were standing up. We asked then very nicely to please sit down as we could not see anything. The ignored us and we asked again. We informed them that it is sitting seats, not standing, None of our friendly attempts helped. They then got angry with us and grabbed my son by his shirt and threw their drinks on us. We called security and explained the situation which by then got out of hand. After security informed them about the seating arrangements they still did not sit down. We called security again and they asked us to sit a few rows down. We booked 6 seats and there were only 4 available at the spot they indicated. We just sat down and then the people who'm the seats belonged to came back. We then returned to our seats. As my other son walked passed the culprits, one of the guys hit my son and he fell down. He was very angry then and wanted to fight back but we stopped it. Some of us just returned with some drinks and they threw all of that on us. Security was then again called and they informed us that there is nothing they can do. How can Sun Arena host a show without any proper security and rules? We had to leave. Our show and evening were ruined and we paid a lot for the tickets and waited a long time to see the show.
