Second time around

This is my second complain regarding the promotion that you send out I tried booking a weekend away for me and my husband for the second time now that he got the promotion form you but upon phoning again today I was told that there is no more rooms again how do you run a promotion like that and every time we phone there is no more rooms. How is this possible but can someone explain this to me. We got one for the month of January and now one for February but twice we where let down. This is false advertising please can you let me know why is this.
