Say they refund but they don’t

Highly unimpressed with the way you conduct business. I cancelled my stay in NOVEMBER. Was told the booking was cancelled and money refunded. Still to this day ( 27 JANUARY) I have not received the money back. I have tried everything to get in contact with someone and my last correspondence from someone was on Monday. It’s Thursday evening.

I want answers !!
