I was woken up by security in red that were in my room when my eyes opened yes i over slept and yes you were fully booked, but when i returned to my room that day at 5pm the room was not even cleaned by cleaners it was untouched, please explain why after i had been staying there for about 2 weeks did you not use DISCRETION. BUT in my opinion i know who stole the money.<br> Coin you just rude and should not be in VIP services.
