Rude booking agents at Sun international

I called the Sun international call centre today the 24/06/2021 to make a booking at the wild coast sun the booking agent was very rude, no manners ahe never used the word please or thank you, she spoke even when i was speaking which is very rude, I requested her to get her manager to call me back and nobody did. I would like this call to be audited. In these times we are living in during the pandemic customer service should be important, this booking agent should not be in a position to interact with customers.
