Rose among thorns

While I was struggling to get service from many of the Palace's staff via telephone, on my third call a lady by the name of Tarryn assisted me and seen to all my needs with in no time. She apologised for the poor service I received and made sure all my needs were met on arrival and during my stay. I cannot compliment her enough. Thank u so much Tarryn from the palace in sun city, you are a gem. And also a big thank u to all the staff at the palace. During my stay I had an amazing experience with the exception of my telephone calls made before my arrival.
