Room at the Palace was stinking

<p>I am so disappointed that my stay at the Palace at Sun City was such a waste of my time and money. My entire weekend with my family was ruined. First I got there at 18h00 and my room was not ready, remember check in is 14h00. I was then taken to a smelly stuffy room where my family and I had to spend the night, we all got really ill due to inhaling all the dust. I requested another room at 9am and had to spend the entire day in the room waiting to move to another room and this only took place at 16h30....really.!</p> <p>I do NOT recommend staying at the Palace to any visitor, the service you recieve is very cold... and by the way I did send through an email to Sun International two weeks ago requesting the contact details for the Manager but i guess that I was not on any priority list to have even be given the curtiousy of a call</p>
