******* - keycard used to access our apartment

On 17th Mar '15 we went to Valley of Waves. Returning to our unit we found 2 cellphones (Samsung S5 and Galaxy Note 3) as well R1000 in cash was ******. The response from operations manager of the resort as well as head of security was extremely poor and we were blamed for being negligent - this being a GOLD crown resort !<br> <br> There were no signs of forced entry and as we had locked the doors and windows, the only way they could have entered was using a keycard managed by the resort. We were not told that housekeeping was coming otherwise we would have packed everything into the safe. We cancelled housekeeping on Tuesday evening and returning to the unit on Wednesday we noticed that they had AGAIN being in the room. This time they had opened the cupboard that housed the safe - HOW CAN THIS BE AGREED PRACTICE ISSUED BY HOUSEKEEPING?<br> <br> I played golf at Lost City Golf Club and was warned not to park the golf cart next to the Vacation club as people run through the trees from the vacation club to ***** from the golf bags and then run back again.<br> <br> Despite this, management claims that there is no issue and ours is an isolated case. <br> <br> Something must be done to protect the guests.!!!
