****** at gunpoint at sun Time square casino

We went to the casino and had a horrible experience. The casino itself wasnt bad but on our way to the car,in the underground parking area, a friend was ****** at gunpoint of his phone by gangsters in view of the security. Security just stood there and did nothing. Highly upset and shook up by this ordeal, and that in a place of supposed safety where such things should not happen at all. Security at the casino should definitely be improved and tightened!
