****roache in my Biltong.. Sibiya Casino Prive A

On the evening of the 23-11-2019 my fiance and I visited the casino and decided to order billtong, as I was about to pick some out the bowl, I seen a ****roach crawling in between the biltong ... most DISGUSTING sight.. I did complain as we are Diamond Card holders ... but I guess they didnt bother following up.. they standards of hygiene and service is terrible....
