Reservation nightmare

Reservation services and bookings is a nightmare. Making a booking there was a glitch on the website, it took 5 X payments off, my entire savings, when I called Monday, I was told this happens often, o my word, this well known holiday destination making mistakes like this. Booked for March 2021 had to postpone due to covid, made new booking for October 2021, booking was just canceled automatically.
