Requests payment without receipt

For the Umpteenth time now this has happened<br> <br> on 30th March 2015 at about 14h00 at the valleys of the waves, we order ****tails for the waiters roaming around after what seemed like 3 hours the drinks arrive and the waiter tells us the price is R189. No receipt was presented to us.<br> We duly refused to pay until a receipt was presented to us.<br> When the receipt arrived the total was R179.<br> This has happened a few times before and I though nothing of it.<br> Now it is clear the waiters and bartenders are running a racket. I would not be surprised if some managers are in on it as well.<br> International guests come to Sol Kerzner's Sun City to be conned.<br> <br>
