Repeat service failures

I attempted to make a booking tonight and it came up with an error as per attached screenshot. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, I work outside your reservations departments call center hours so you can imagine my frustration.

I would like a booking at the wild coast sun for the 9th and 10th of May (family room). I have put my MVG number in the subject line. I keep missing out on the type of room I want for my chosen dates because of the inefficiency of the website bookings. What once was my favorite resort as a child I can no longer enjoy with my own family.

I have attempted this booking many times tonight, I worry that you will not have any rooms available by the time I am able to try again tomorrow afternoon. Please may I humbly request your assistance with this booking.
