Regular customers dont get looked after

I have been going to Grandwest for the entertainment since they opened but one day i sat down and calculated what i have spent and that a scary number. I then stayed away for almost two years and then got invited to go again i got into that same pattern of going regularly joinging the draws and nothing has changed its even worse. The casino does not payout its taking money from everyone the draws they have is to attract you to get there and then in anycase spend money. I have spoken to poeple that sat next to me when playing the mashiens and they are all complaining but no one is doing anything about it. I have spoken to managment about it and then they just talk alot of nonsense to you. So i will now report it to the National Gabling Board so that they can do an investigation of how Grandwest just takes and dont pay. I have recorded video clips on my phone to show what the mashiens does when playing R100 how the mashiens parent changes everytime when using a diff card, white card, silver card, gold card & platinum card and each ones differs and you can clearly see how the cards are been programed its not the mashien poeple its the cards they control everything with that card they choices who will win that car in the draw they control the payout of the masiens. Poeple all i can say is rather stay away because they have become takers not givers but they forget its the regulars that keep them going. Just for an example i played the mashiens in the big smokens casino that where you get the games and then you touch the screen to reveel a mini, minor, major or grand sign when three of the same are collected you win that prize. I have been playing max bet for a good few hundred rands up to about 5k. The lady next to me plays the smallest bet and win all the prizes in total 127k now how do you call that being fare to your regulars. I have had it and now i will put sone presure on the correct way. 1st will be the national gabling board and the we go social media and the we get the Son news paper involved so that we can get the poeple taking about this and make them aware of how bad it really is
