Refund not being processed

Due to the hailstorm we checked out early. I was promised the refund to be processed within 7 days. All documents were submitted 18 December, refund still not processed. Not getting proper response from Sun City, being sent from one *********** person to the next. Are told they will call me back but never do. Head Office says Cabanas should process payment, Cabanas is saying Head Office should process payment. So the buck is being passed in order to avoid making payment and to delay the refund. Meanwhile Sun City is getting interest on my and many other clients money that should have been refunded already.
