Refund night mare, don't care attitude

<p>Made reservations in june and paid immidiatly due to unforseen circumstances i had to cance and was informed i will be refunded in 14 days, the 14 days have passed and no one has bothered to update me as to where my money is, I constantly make follow ups and get told the hotel must refund me its over 21 days, the lady doesn't even answer calls when she does she will say shes busy she will call me back and never does. everytime i sent emails they are just ignored because no one really cares all they were interested in was getting my money and they can't give it back as promised.</p>
