Refund form Sun City Cabanas

I booked accomodation with Sun City The Cabanas early this year, which i had to cancel due to Covid19 in July. The terms were that if i cancel before September I will get a 100% . I have been waiting for my refund since July to date, everytime I call or send an email to enquire there is a new story. All I want is my money back.
