Refund for the Sun City Palace not processed after two months of initial request

I made payment as a deposit of R5 712 in May for a booking at the Palace end July 2023, I requested a refund as I found alternate accommodation twice and submitted two refund forms but I have not received my money back as yet. I Have tried to call these numbers for the payments/refunds department quite a few times and absolutely no one picks up: *** *** *** The switchboard can't even get through to payments. Absolutely useless, so quick to take your money but can't provide decent customer service.
