Refund- Blue Concert

I was recently notified that the Blue concert has been cancelled, that was supposed to takeplace at the Sun Bet Arena Pretoria. And I had purchased tickets. I've been directed from one person to the other, the ticketsales people also are not assist. Someone told me there was a court order involved. Please assist.

I need my refund. I was told a lady by the name Gugu would call to assist, she too had not called or sent an email. Please assist with my refund.
