Refund at Sun vacations club

I booked the wrong dates by mistake on the 10th of June 2024. I immediately cancelled and requested a refund since the actual dates that I wanted were fully booked.

I was told I’d receive the refund within 48 hrs. Today is the 25th of June and still no refund has been processed.

The way you guys are quick to take peoples money but its hard to return it back is sick!!
