Refund

About a month ago I cancelled my bookings due to the uncer*****y with regards to the virus. I was told that i will be refunded in 2 to 3 weeks. I do understand that they are under pressure but the least one could do is reply to emails and returns calls informing the person what is going on.

On Monday I spoke to a lady (name known to me) she promised to get back but up until today i didnt recieve a call. Everyone needs their refund and I'm sure its not going to take a month to get a refund.

Hopefully I receive some joy from them.
