<p>I would like Grand west to explain why their random number generators are all switched off, which means machines are programed to pay and not left to chance. Don't be fooled by staff telling you otherwise. The people of cape town should ask more questions when playing machines. Look on youtube at the way overseas casinos pay compared to South Africa. Huge difference. </p>
