We visited sun flamingo in Kimberly. We ordered something different from what we were charged. A rude Mr David DE Kock who was visibly acting ****** and Ms sesonke Tindleni forced us to pay for things we never ordered. We are terribly sadned by the way we were treated. Customer service is out the window at this casino restaurant. They treated us like we were of no importance. If this is how sun international treats it's paying customers we certainly going to avoid that brand n we shall let those close to us know
