R100 for a "MVG" card??

I have been an "MVG" for many years and recently found that if you visit their facilities and left your card at home (or in your other bag as I did) they now charge you R100 for a new card. Which is quite ridiculous as some banks don't even charge that much for a replacement card. They also no longer have the option of a day card where you can get a refund on the card before you leave the casino. This is a deterrent to people especially those who do not gamble often and in declining to pay R100 for a new card, most would-be patrons would rather not waste their money at a place where their patronage is not valued...or valued only at R100. It is pointless calling you a "most valued guest" and not treating you as such. They also do not respond to emailed complaints
