Poor Treatment from Table personal

What a despicable ****** place,the person next to me ask for a drink and the dealer called waiter,i asked for a coke and dealer pointed the waiter in my direction,when she brought the coke she said i should pay,i politely rep**** that the casino autherised the coke and they should sighn,she went to the pitt boss and she emediatly startet shaking her head ,no no no,then i sweared and told her she is a Bi...,i spend 20 000 and then you cant even spare a coke,its not like i bought drinks for the floor,Grand west saying it is giving back but that is total bul****,i then had to have another argument with the pitt boss senior which both got to shift and dont even know me.It was a total racial thing cause the guy that order his drink with me only came in and started with his first buy in o 200 rand where i already was on 20 000 but there was no problem signing for him.They suck at paying ,they suck at giving back and most of all they suck at keeping customers .
