Poor stay & total lack of response to email sent!

I would have liked to submit my original email, that I sent on Tuesday 26 January, but it is too long for the space here provided. To date, nil response nor confirmation of complaint yet received!!! I am shocked at the poor response and a \devil may care attitude\"!<br> <br> We had International guests with us, who stated they paid for a 5 Star experience, only to experience a 2 Star experience. No one had informed us of any current closures at the Resort, although we had booked in September 2015 for our January 2016 visit! Nil special arrangement was kept to, they lost our luggage, the coffee machines in 2 of the 3 rooms did not work, their was no turn down service, nor amenities in the bathrooms, the list goes on!<br> <br> I still cannot believe that after sending emails to complain on Tuesday,l still have nil confirmation of receipt, nor feedback, nor response! This is not the Standard I am used to from them. <br> To whom can I address my email as to garner a response???<br> <br> "
