Poor Service Wild Coast Sun
I booked a family holiday and paid my deposit on the 3rd August to stay at the Wild Coast Sun. Upon arrival on the 17th August I was told there was a problem with my booking. The hotel had overbooked due to a conference taking place at the same time and would therefore not be able to give me the two rooms I had booked for. The hotel offered to put me up in an adjacent hotel for one night and promised to call me the following morning to arrange for me to get my two rooms. I responded by telling the manager that their treatment of guests was totally unacceptable and that we felt very unwelcome, to which he agreed andapologised. I stayed over and paid at the adjacent hotel the night of the 17th and booked to stay at another hotel resort the balance of the week. The hotel didn't phone on the 18th to discuss the situation. Why did the hotel not phone me before my arrival date to tell me they could not accommodate my booking? Why has no one from Southern Sun management not phone to apologise for the poor customer service. I'm also yet to receive my deposit back

(Supplier name changed from Southern Sun to Sun International by Hellopeter.com)
