poor service that just gets brushed off

My boyfriend and his cousins had booked a tee off for the 15 of march 2015 @ 10:20. We had arrived early and took a seat at the club house. It's took about 5 minutes for a waitron/waitress to assist us, we were waiting long periods for our orders, even just a simple cerviette that we just got up ourselves to get them. We then chose to take a caddie, during the round we kept the caddie hydrated and we also gave them R30.00 for lunch. After the round we gave the caddies the minimum of R175.00 (AS PER THE WEBSITE) with extra tip, to the caddies disgust that was not enough... i went to the gentleman at the pro shop and he told us the minimum was R200.00. I was horrified at the caddies reaction and how the gentleman at the pro shop handled the situation. This is an international golf course and we all expect to be treated with the proper respect. There after while the boys showered, we waited at the club house for about 15 minutes to be served, to be frank the club house was empty. Disgusting. We came here for a sun city experiance, how would gary player feel about this service? And I would like to know would gary player or and other professional golf player be treated like this?
