POOR SERVICE SUN INTERNATIONAL

Sun International is such a MESS!!!!!!.We had our Year End Function last year December 2019 at Sun city . To plan the whole function it was bad horrible!!.I had to call asking them to reply to my inquires. I had to beg them for Invoices. Accommodation..Food.. Activities.. I mean this function was for about 36 Adults but their service was poor!!!!!Very poor!!!. Employees will tell you that its not their responsibility!!!!They even owe our Company money that they not even willing to pay. What bull**** is that!!!I have sent complaints, all they know is to give you a reference number and guess what?? no one will ever get back to you!!They don't care about their customers. People that are bringing money to them!!! This year 2020 I've been asking them to send our Final Invoice because I know for a fact that we have a credit available till today I haven't received any Invoice,yet again I have to beg and beg for them to send me the Invoice. Honestly I feel like crying!!!!!!I want to finish with this whole thing!!!!! Everything was prepaid!!!! Sun International poor horrible service!!!!!!!!Please just sort out this mess
