Poor Service / rides not Working/ Toilets broken

Went to Sun City on Satuday The 21st of november as a day Visitor, Got to The gate and was advised by lady entrance fees is R 220, Aked her if this includes Valley of waves , she said yes. Get to the valley of Waves only to find out you need to pay R 240 to get in. 6 Rides of which only 3 is working??, but i had to pay full enterance fee?? The Beach sand is horrid as it seems like they use pool Filter Sand , its like walking on Sand paper. Tried to use the rest rooms at Welcome Centre and Super Bowl , in both case most where out of order, no Tiolet paper avaiable and dirty, Same as inside of Valley of the Waves. Sky Train Was not working. lazy River is Dirty and seems like it has not been cleaned in a While. So my Question is , if most of you So Called attractions are out of order, should you not Advise your customers accordingly and not Charge them full price ?? Dont think its Fair to take Customers money however what has been promised/advertised is not working?? You Visit this place for the rides however only half in operation. <br> <br> Very Dissipointed , will not Visit this place agian , Standard has really Gone Down the Drain.
