Poor service, in fact no service at all, pathetic. Sies

I have been calling wildcoast for over a week to make cancellation well in time for the vacation I had planned. But no one answers their calls. Today, the day I'm suppose to book in, I finally get reception and was being put through to a supervisor who gues what??didn't answer the phone. How do they have a cancellation policy where you can still claim for a deposit when no one answers their phone in time for you no to loose it.? Or is that the ****? Claim customers didn't make cancellations in time whilst taking their money. Siess. I sen lt an email to their addresses which they put on the site, the one returns as an email that doesn't exist, the other no one responds to to even acknowledge receipt.
