Poor service from Sun International

I am not happy with the service I have received at Sun International. I made a booking for a weekend away for the long weekend in April at Sun Vacation Club in Sun City and paid all the cost. Due to the lockdown, we were unable to go away for the weekend. I have been requesting for my refund since April and until now August I have not received any positive feedback from Sun International. They keep saying they processing my refund. This is unacceptable and please may you assist with getting my refund back.
