Poor Service from Sun International

I got log out of my self-service online account and was sending mails to assist which say they will phone back till now no one phone back...…and then I phone them just to be transferred from one person to another person and no one can assist me with my problem it seems. I don't understand why there is no persons with the experience that can assist me in my problem just to get to log on the self-service online of Sun International
