Poor Service from Sun city

Unacceptable service from Sun city. No hot water in room also when opening the bath taps dirt and sand was coming out. Waited for 2.5 hours for some assistance. Did not expect this from them as we paid high rates.Will think twice of booking again here.Upset customer S Rampersadh
