Poor Service

My stay at the Palace I rate it a _1.Firstly waited for an hour for the Shuttle then given a key for a room occupied by my man & his wife where the husband was halfway dressed but very polite.Then our luggage was misplaced & they could trace our luggage since 2h39 only received our luggage at 17h30 was put into room into 413 which was another mistake on their part.So our hole stay was spo**** or at least the stay in the room was.Allnthey could do was apologies.We booking out tomorrow & we did have the Palace experience. So I hope that the rest of our stay in a bit more pleasant.
