Poor service and lack of knowledge

On the 25th we received an e mail stating that we can book 2 nights midweek for Feb March and April. I booked for March and when I wanted to book for April I was told by 2 diff agents that promotion is 2 days over the 3 months. Today I call to change my dates for March booking I am then told by agent that no it is for 2 days per month. When I check the dates I want for April as assumed it's fully booked and the supervisor vuyo doesn't even try to accommodate me even though it's her agents and their lack of knowledge that caused this problem. How can an organization have a special and some agents know and others don't. This is ridiculous
