Poor service and customer service

My hubby and I visited Sun city for the day(14th Feb).What we found disappointing was the fact that many of the staff (in the bright yellow shirts) that were manning areas like the valley of the waves etc were clueless.They didn't know where the take aways were located,how to get to the eating area if you weren't going to the valley etc.There was also a 2nd exit from the valley of the waves that we saw people leaving through as it was closer to the bus stop,so we tried to leave through there aswell and the lady(Black African) stopped us and said we had to walk all the way around,as we walked away a group of black African people walked passed her without a fuss (they didn't have a pram/wheelchair).I hate using the race reason but it wasn't the only time that day.We caught the bus from car park to welcome centre,but Joshua the driver made my hubby and I get off at the stop across the Valley and walk to the centre,but dropped off a black couple at the centre.Later again we caught the bus with him and he didn't stop to let us off at the centre and it was his stop.We got late for our dinner reservations as we had to do a 2nd loop on the bus and he didn't want to stop at the centre again
